Stress. We all have it. I'm sure menopause doesn't help it. It probably just adds to it. I get many letters from women and men wanting help. Some are at the end of their rope. Some just can't take it anymore. Daily stress, the kind of stress everyone experiences, is so bad for us. It is terrible for our health and is one of the root causes of sickness. So how do we deal with it? Many people have different answers. Some drink. Some meditate. Some do yoga. Some call their friends. Some shut the door and just want to be alone. I have done almost all of these. They never seem to work for me. The only way for me is to turn to the maker of heaven and earth. God. He has helped me through so many hard times. Now, this website is not made to just tell you about God. It is made to help women through menopause. There are a lot of herbs and vitamins, projesterone, and different hrts.
